You should learn this essential skill yourself.
You already know how to keyframe.
Simply open up your audio waveform display in AE and correlate it as tightly as you can to the beats and bumps and spikes in your audio waveforms with keyframes linking your video to your audio.
Your most professional results will occur when you perform this essential synchronization more towards the beginning (rather than the end) of your workflow.
Nonetheless, if you watch the first 4 minutes of this video you will be on your way to a much better result.
I know what you mean. I really should try it myself, but the sounds that I found are not for free, and I don't know any good FREE sites for sound effects like this...

Actually I got it. Didn't want to do this, but as everyone knows, you can record sound from computer. So I did it, now I have the sounds and I"m going to try to finish my intro.
