When I try to open my downloaded file on digital editions, it says there is a licensing problem.
Not one employee from Adobe has been helpful whatsoever. Needing immediate help, please!
Just checking: this is ADE on Windows or Mac, no rEader/tablet involved?
It may be worth deauthorizing ADE (ctrl-shift -D while it is running, cmd-shift-D on Mac),
restarting ADE, and reauthorizing with your AdobeID.
