When filtering repsonses that belong to a drop-down item I cannot see all available options even though there are some entries using that specific option. I need to filter them as a custom entry although they are not. This happens with the older entries. What is the problem?
The available options for a drop-down item in filter dialog come from the entries in response table.
If an option never be submitted into response table, it won't appear in the filter dialog.
