Help with adobe flash player

Please please help me I play a lot of games on facebook but when i try to play it says I need to upgrade flash player I have done this about 8 times now and although it says updated successfully I am still having message to update flash player.Thank you if you can help me

Please try the forum for Flash Player. Adobe Reader is something entirely different, and you need a different bunch of experts than us.
