The only work-around that I can think of would be to temporarily move the payment fields closer to the top of the form such that they become accessible in the drop-down list. Once configured as payment fields, you would move them back to the correct position.

Thank You Brian. Moving them 'to the top' of the Form was the path I took (which affected the overall navigation intent)... and it hadn't occurred to me move them back down (to preserve the navigation) afterward. Thanks for the Tip.
I also needed to use this work-around. Unfortunately it then deactivated my logic rules for the moved section and once I put it back into place I had to redo the logic rules. It is doable, but is frustrating, cumbersome, and clunky.
I would greatly appreciate having a scrolling feature added to the paypal window so that more fields are available!
