when trying to update flashpoint at 50% of installation it says stop ent. exp. & I don't know how.

When I try to update to newest version os 11 Flashpoint at 50% of the installaton it tells to stop Internet Explorer and I don't know how to do it.

You need to close all iexplore.exe instances, even if they are running in the background.  Use the Task Manager's Processes tab.
