    Respondent notification

      Is it possible to notify a respondent that his record ( with a manually added column after the last field entry) has been edited?

      Scenario :  Leave of absence request either approved or declined , once declined/approved is entered in the cell adjacent to the last field entry,

      an e-mail is sent to the e-mail specified in one of fields on the form.

       

      If this is not currently available, any suggestions as to how it could be achieved or worked around?

          FormsCentral does not support this. You will need to manually send the email to the respondent when you modify their record.

           

          You can add a column to the table by clicking on the little '+'between columns in the column header to keep track if a record is approve or not but you will need to manually email the recipient to inform him/her.
