BC analytics problem - it stopped counting the visits

I have the same problem with one of my sites. What is going on?

I'm having the same problem - BC has stopped tracking all statistics since yesterday! It's reporting barely a third of average statistics for yesterday and today it has reported 0 visits. Google reports differently.

The worst thing is, Live Support isn't even up.

Can somebody look into this please?

I also have the same problem since two days ago, no page visits report. I have submitted a ticket but still await a reply. If any one is listening could someone help?

I am having the same issue, stats seemed to stop working during 4th April. What is going on?

Live chat was down due to a fault but up and if not you need to make a ticket. There is a couple of threads on this.

The BC guys will get back to you more effeciently thorugh that then here.

I have already made a ticket after speaking with support via chat last week, this is affecting all of my sites as the main dashboard graph is counting zero visitors, you can imagine the problem this causes us.

Of Course, but this is less likely to see any extra speed in processing. They need to find out what is wrong and correct it as soon as they can.

Some communication to establish this as a known problem would be a start, for now my hands are tied.
