    remove date impression on image

    RiaToms

Yesterday I have bought PS Touch for my Nexus 10 and have been trying to remove date impressions for some time now.

I have watched the "clean up background" tutorial several times. I just can't seem to do it. I can't seem to select the date proberly and when I use the stamp tool it always "bleeds" into the surrounding are.

I have been using Adobe Elements for years and never had a problem.

      What am I doing wrong?

Is the background being cloned consistent (like in the tutorial)?

As always, with Photoshop, there's more than one way to create a selection other than with the Lasso Tool. Try the other tools (or a combination of the other tools) like the Scribble Selection Tool or the Brush Selection Tool.
