I have Quicktime player 10.2 installed. This is a new Macbook Pro and everything is otherwise up to date.
Analyzing with Invisor, the Video Codec ID is xd5d while the Container Codec ID is qt; Format MPEG-4.
Plays perfectly in Quicktime, by the way.
