Problems with audio in a presentation

Hi there, I am having a problem with the audio in one of my presentations (in adobe presenter 8). I have uploaded the audio as normal, and it didnt show any sort of error message but for some reason in the middle of the audio, the audio just stops but the bars keep moving. It seems as though it becomes muted? When I load the audio into the presentation via Adobe Presenter 6 (on a different computer) its all there i.e. audio is 40 minutes long, but in Adobe presenter 8 the audio seems to be muted in the middle? any ideas why this could be?? many thanks!

This could be a audio specific issue.

What format is the audio in ? Presenter supports only mp3 and wav format.

Could you share the audio file or the presentation ?
