Clip out of synch video and audio in Premiere and Encoder

    filmmakervixen

I have a few files that for some reason play alright but when I import them to the timeline in Premiere or into Encoder to reduce their size the video is completely out of synch with the audio. The clip is 29.907 fps no matter what attributes I seem to to adjust the clip will not synch. Any help would be much appreciated.

I am really baffled at this. At first I thought the smaller versions I had done to reduce to file size were just messed up by user error when I exported them from Encoder but for some reason the first 30 or so files of 81 files are totally out of synch in preview of CS6 and the timeline and no matter how I export them out of the Encoder.

            Help is much appreciated!

Here is an example file that when put onto the Premiere timeline or into Encoder plays out of synch.

The file is giving PP a problem.  It's not exactly standard camera media.  I'd recommend getting a new version that conforms to one of the standards PP works with.
