This error occurs mainly due to permissions issue on your user account.
Try using the software with a new administrator account.And see weather it works or not. If it works than surely there is problem with your previous user account.
Try providing proper permissions to adobe folder so that system can read and write information in the respective directories.
Thanks for the information, i checked the permissions but that won't solve my problem.
I now run the program as local admin account and all folder persmissions are okay.
I also created a new admin account but even there adobe illustrator keeps crashing
What else can i try?
If you are sure that there is no permission issue than i will suggest you to contact Adobe support.
They will check your log file to find the exact reason for this error. Here is the link below for Adobe support.
I contacted chat but they cant help me i need to call to adobe.
Can someone tell me where i can find those log files? Maybe then i can more specify the problem
