My hard disk has filled up. Must ask if I can delete these.

    Level 1

So my hard disk just filled up. A program I have to check this kind of thing reveals that C:\Users\A\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Common\Media Cache Files is the crook. It by far takes the most space.

You see, I regularly (daily!) click the "Clean" button in "Media Cache Database" part of the media preferences for Pr. I thought this deleted old, unused files. But the dir is FULL of old junk, just wasting storage.

What gives?  Does the button not actually do anything? If so, why? Why are these files kept around at all to begin with?

Can I safely delete them manually?
