Adding the image and doing basic Motion>Position manipulation is easy. Getting it to move fluidly with the action in the scene is not. For that, After Effects is the far better tool using it's 3D Motion Tracker.
And is it easy to implement the picture following the head in the movie?
I am downloading the trial now. Could you walk me how to have the picture follow?
EDIT: ok I tried it, but after a few frames it goes haywire. My video also includes scenes where the tracking face goes offscreen, then comes back on. If I could set a start time and end time for the tracking, and make each tracking separate, that might work, but I don't know, or seen any option to enable/disable a tracking.

In PP, hell no! In After Effects using it's 3D Camera Tracker, much more so.
