mon_adobe Nov 4, 2014 8:21 PM (in response to ShaneFraser)I am experiencing the same issue (both on WorldPay Test and WorldPay Gateway). WorldPay tested from their end and said all the credentials are correct, but they are not receiving a ping from Business Catalyst at all.
Can anyone shed any light on what I might be doing wrong, or how to get this connection working?

Please make sure that your Installation ID field from BC payment gateway pay , is a number. Please contact worldpay support and ask for this ID
If you still have issues , please open a support ticket and we will investigate this further
