ThomasBB83 Apr 16, 2013 1:49 AM (in response to Monika Gause)Sorry, it seems my original post may have been a bit vague :-) I don't have any problems, per se, if anything my question is the exact opposite of the one you're linking.
But I'm wondering - when I open an already existing .ai-file, print it and then close it again, it asks me if I want to save the changes or not, even though I have made no changes what so ever. I could understand it, if I had many changes to the print-settings (new printer, new paper-settings etc.), but I literally only open it, press Ctrl+P, choose Print and then exit the document again.

Larry G. Schneider Apr 16, 2013 9:00 AM (in response to ThomasBB83)You might have changed printers. AI stores the printer details in the file and so will mark a file as modified when printing to a different printer.
