1. Re: Why is creative cloud connection not working
Nitin Gupta aka LP Apr 16, 2013 7:37 AM (in response to jasonk@theoneoff.com)You may try following steps:
WIN
- Exit Creative Cloud Connection.
- On Windows move the opm.db file located here: C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE, to your desktop.
- Restart Creative Cloud Connection and sign in.
Mac
- Exit Creative Cloud Connection
- On Mac move the opm.db file located here: <user>\Library\Application Support\Adobe\OOBE to your desktop. You can navigate to the relevant <user>\Library folder by pressing cmd+Shift+g, and entering /users/<username>/Library
- Restart Creative Cloud Connection and sign in
And let us know if you still face a problem.

2. Re: Why is creative cloud connection not working
Randall Camacho Apr 17, 2013 10:01 PM (in response to Nitin Gupta aka LP)same problem here,
"creative cloud connection" wont sign in at all.
in the "application manager" it says that "muse" is "up to date" but there is no muse to be found any where on my system.
i deleted it because it was not signing in, then when trying to install again, it shows that it is there in the "application manager" but it is not installed on my system.
I looked in the folder for the file that you described, and there is absolutely no such file. i even did a file search (Mac) and no luck.
Any kind assistance in this would be greatly appreciated !!!
kind regards,
RC.
