Problems installing Flash Player

I have a PC using Windows 7  (32bit) - Google Chrome is my browser (also tried with IE as browser).  Everytime I try to install Flash Player I get the following error:

Hi,

Please uninstall the old version of any flash player installed on your computer. Here is the link to uninstall older version of flash player.

After following the above link you need to install the latest version from the direct download link, here is the link for the software download.
