Was Elements fully synced with Photoshop.com when you were migrated? Several users have noticed that their Elements organizer has more photos in it than Photoshop.com as they did not sync regularly. Only jpg photos in photoshop.com were migrated. From what I can see, there were 62 files in your photoshop.com account and it is partially migrated at this time. Can you login to Photoshop.com and let me know if you see more than 62 files? I will help you figure this out.

Did you pay for Adobe Cloud or for Photoshop.com? Photoshop.com storage is the one being shut down. The files are being migrated to Adobe Revel. Adobe Cloud is different ( http://www.adobe.com/products/creativecloud.html ). Elements 11 has connectivity with Revel. If you were a paying customer of extra storage on Photoshop.com, then you are eligible for a complimentary year of Revel Premium and a refund for the unused portion of your subscription.
Can you clarify which you were paying for?

I paid to go from 2gig to 20 gig about 6 months ago, and I synked all of
them. It took all most 20 gig for my 11,000 pictures which didn't seem
right. Now they are not showing me with any storage.

They sent me a email that said I was eligible for the free year of Revel.

Larry, did you get the rest of the photos that were not synced from Elements to Revel loaded into Revel? Do you need help?

I set up my Revel account, but how do i know that I have the premium
account. (I used my photoshop account and pass word to get into revel).
Also, the only thing archived was 67 photos and that is what is what is
showing in the Revel library. How do I get the rest of my photos to
Revel? (Is jpg the same as Jpeg? most of my photos show -dot jpg)

On the app, click on the gear, and then click on your adobeid (email) to see. In adoberevel.com, click on the gear icon and if it says SUBSCRIBE, then you are a free user. If it does not say it then you are a subscribed Revel Premium user.

As far as your files. It appears that you had only 62 photos in Photoshop.com and that they all migrated to Revel. You should see them when you login in either Photoshop.com library or Larry's library, depending on wheter you created the account or we did. Did you sync Elements with Photoshop.com before the migration? You can upload the rest of the files to Revel from your hard disk or if you upgrade to Elements 11, then you can transfer your files there and then upload to Revel from Elements.

Pattie, I am so sorry for not understanding all of this. The pictures are
on my lap top in the elements program. Should I back them up to my
external hard drive and them up load to Revel? I am not sure where the
gear is you are talking about when I get into Revel. The first screen that
comes up says get started, then I click on the Adobe icon, and then enter
my account information..

Do I need to down load the windows app to my laptop before I can see if I
have premier? I thought apps were only for my phone and ipad?

There is a learning curve here and it is hard to know how the new stuff works, don't worry, just ask us. There is nothing to load on a pc, just go to adoberevel.com. Look in the top right corner at the gear. Click on it and see if you see the word Subscribe or not:
You have two options to get the files into Revel:
Upload from hard drive or upload from Elements 11 if you have it.

Thanks pattie, I see the gear after I have logged into my account in
Revel. It didn't say to subscribe, so I guess I have the 20 gig. Question
for you. I backed up my 11,451 pictures to an external hard drive, but
when I open that hard drive it says that I have 31,320 items.. (I formatted
the hard dive first and then did a complete back up of my pictures). Some
of the items have ".xmp" ",xml" and 4 have ".vob" which I assume are
vidoes. If I go into Revel and click on add pictures, do I have to just
highlight the ".Jped" items? What are the other items?

Check out this link to see what hte file extensions are: http://pc.net/extensions/
Only the jpg files can be put in Revel. I think if you select them all to upload it will just skip the ones it can not load.
