Why doesn't Premiere Pro make the "bliriririirrgnngng" sound that After Effects does when done?

The products almost seem like they are made by entirely different teams that hate each other and want nothing to do with each other but are forced to work for the same company. There are so many differences!

I really hate how I never know when Premiere Pro is done rendering, because it has no option to set a sound and doesn't play one by default either.
