    Rendering with After Effects CS6

    Koaladot Level 1

I have created a 3 min video using After Effects CS6.

Since the video contains audio (MP3 file) and flash animations (swf file), I want the best quality and not necessarily compressed.

Mov file format worked very well for presenting the vido on a Mac computer.

I now want to upload it to a website.

Since Mov file requires Quick Time Player to view, it restricts to the Mac users.

So, I rendered the video to FLV.

However, the quality of images is not as good as mov file.

Could someone suggest the best way to render my video which can be viewed both PC and Mac users

without compressing (compromising the quality) the video too much?
