Trying to archive current files. Installation of 'Adobe Media Downloader' has stalled for hours in both my Mac desktop and laptop MacAir. ANY HELP...???

Try using Chrome as a browser, clearing the browser cache, and then load adobe air and download the archiver. Please let me know if this works for you

If you have files other than JPEGs in your Photoshop.com account and they have not been backed up somewhere else, or you have opted out of the move to revel,
then you should use our ADOBE MEDIA DOWNLOADER at this link to save them to your computer before your Photoshop.com account closes at the end of the transition period in June 2013.  You will see a screen like the one below. Download and install Adobe Air first. Then download install the media downloader.  It can take a while if you have a lot of files.

          get media dowloader.jpg

You will be asked to download and install Adobe Air first, which is found at: http://get.adobe.com/air/

After installing the AIR runtime, you should be able to launch the Adobe Media Downloader by clicking the link. The direct link is:
