Install Fails

Install has failed several times..says that I do not have proper permission. It's my laptop! Help!

What is your operating system?  Are you installing as an Administrator user?

Windows  and as Adminstrator..unless one of the kids changed settings on me. Will dbl check that.

Dbl checked and as Administrator.

Can you post the contents of the FlashInstall.log file in C:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed\Flash

Odd, it says I do not have this file...I wonder if I uninstall and then try to re-install if that would fix the problem?

This file should be there, even if you uninstalled Flash Player.
