Can not download

Everytime I try to down load flash player I get, ( The file could not be written due to the lack of permissions ) and I am the administrator.

Try a clean install as described in http://forums.adobe.com/thread/928315

I have tried a clean install and that did not work. Still get the same message. I have even made a new id as administrator and still get the same message.

Are you installing as an Administrator user?

I still don't know your OS & browser.
