My Adobe Flash downloader always times out at 47%.

I need assistance.

I'm trying to update my Adobe Flash Player (64bit).

When the downloader starts it gets to 47% and then the download times out.

I'm currently unable to update my Flash because of this.  Should I remove ADOBE flash player altogether and re-install?
