flash player says it installs but i can't watch tv

I want to watch several programs and they all say I need to install flash player.  I have installed flash player at least 10 times and i go back to the programs and they still say I need to down flash player.

I am so frustrated. I have deleted it. Installed it.  I NEED HEL
