Classic Apple provisioning file bug.
Both I-Tunes and Iphone management tool cache provisioning files, and create all sort of troubles when installing apps.
Most times this was solved, absurdly, by renaming the provisoning file, and use the one with a new name.
Try it and let me know.
Only you need to refresh provional panel in Organizer
Sorry what does that mean?
Refresh the provisional panel in organizer?
I'm getting the same error and going crazy.
When you open Xcode, you can choose Window > Organizer to get to the Organizer panel.
