Is there a way to tell if the table won't fit on the page put it on a new page or just the first 5 rows on one page and the rest on the other so that the table won't be splitted in 1 row on the end of one page and all the other rows on the next page?
I think this has more to do with paragraph styles and keep options. If the table is in a paragraph that has a keep option that requires all lines of the paragraph to stay together it shouldn't break unless it is the first paragraph in a frame (at least in my experimentation).
Hi Peter, thanks for the fast feedback.
Putting the tables into a paragraph can be a solution I think, i will test it immediately.
Put could it also be possible to give a different cellstyle name to ech fifth cell en when that cell appaers activate the function keep rows together for that table or would that be to complicated?
Keep options copuld be set, I think (I don't work with tables much) to keep any number of rows together at the start or end, but not what you've just described.
