    Loading edge animation with jquery load() method

    4pixels

      I'm trying to load an edge animation into a div on my page using the load() method via a button (beautific), but it loads into the page and not the div. See: http://www.thebigkerbang.com/brand-storytellers/edge/xour-clients.html# to see what I mean. On inspection the problem seems to be that it's adding the class "class="EDGE-143220314" to my body tag and not to my 'edgeContent' div

      This is a basic version of the destination page (link above) ==========================================

      <head>

      <script type="text/javascript" charset="utf-8" src="beautificAnim_edgePreload.js"></script>

      <style>

      .edgeLoad-EDGE-143220314 {

                visibility: hidden;

      }

      </style>

      </head>

      <body>

      <div class = "edgeContent"></div>

      <ul class = "edgeButtons">

              <li class ="beautific"><a href="#"><img src="/images/clients/buttons/button_01.jpg"></a></li>

      <ul>

      <script type="text/javascript">

      $(document).ready(function(){

        $(".beautific").click(function(){

          $(".edgeContent").load('beautificAnim.html #Stage');

        });

      });

      </script>

      </body>

      edge page ========================================

      <html>

      <head></head>

      <body>

                <div id="Stage" class="EDGE-143220314"></div>

      </body>

      </html>
