how do I get ppt animation and timings to work in Presenter?

How do I get ppt animatins and timings to work in Presenter? Same ppt presentation different times each time I use the Publish function.

Hi,

Click on sync audio button to sync audio with animations. If you don't have audio in your presentation, then click on edit audio button, it will launch edit audio dialog where you can insert silence durations for each slide and manage the slide duration. Again for syncing the animations  timing use sync audio button.
