Are you distributing a PDF to your customers or the link to the HTML form?
If you distributed a PDF you will need to save a new Submission Enabled PDF form and re-send it to your customer.
If your customers are filling up the HTML form then theyshould see the changes right away... does refreshing the browser on their dide helps?
I am using the HTML web form. The updates I have made show in the 'design' section and when I test the form myself, i see the changes. Even if I click on a link to the survey that I have previously sent to a customer, the changes are there. However, when I receive the responses into my email, the questions are what they originally were when I first created the form. My concern is that my customers aren't seeing the updated questions, because some of the responses I am getting are answers to the original questions.
