Creative Cloud is not a web host. Your Cloud Space is for saving copies of your work files.
First you need to procure a public web server space from a hosting provider or use Business Catalyst to host your site files.
Your web hosting provider will send you an e-mail with connection details. You need that information to set-up your remote site definition in DW.
Go to Site > New Site > See screenshots below.
Specify your Local Site folder where your site files will be on your hard drive:

Some hosts have a virtual directory on the server where you must put your web site files. It might be public_html or htdocs. This varies by hosting provider.
More options: Settings as recommended by your hosting provider.
Hit TEST to confirm connection with remote server. Then hit Save.
