I've noticed that I've made some misstakes in a couple of my movies after I've rendered them and deleted the raw files.
Is it possible to correct these misstakes by rerecording the selected part, overlaps it with the already rendered file and rerender the project without losing quality?
I've tried doing it a couple of times but everytime I do I see a decrease in file size, which is nice, but also a decrease in movie quality.

Not that I know of... when you take a compressed file and put it on a new timeline to create new output, the file is compressed a second time
So there's no way say if I export the part I want corrected with the same settings, take that part and overlap it where I want to change it in the old video then export it without any settings (raw)?
