That is unusual; all earlier versions should be removed when you install a higher version.
I suggest that you use the uninstaller http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html to remove all versions, then reinstall 11.7
Thank you so much for the information, I appreciate you taking the time to help me with my question! Have an old computer, maybe that's why it didn't uninstall! I may just uninstall just that and see what happens! Thanks again!
You are welcome. Don't hesitate to come back if you have any further troubles.
Thanks Pat I'll follow your suggestion, I have another computer that has Adobe Reader X 10.1.6. It's actually listed twice, the second one has the install date, a recent date, the first is not dated should I uninstall one of them?
On Windows it is quite usual to have two different Flash Player components:
- ActiveX (for Internet Explorer)
- plugin (for other browsers like Firefox)
If this is not what you are seeing, I suggest that you do the same on that computer (run the uninstaller, then install 11.7).
