    terms and conditions?

What is the best method for requiring customers to read a pop out box of "terms and conditions", then require them to select "agree" before continuing?

There are a few different field types you could use for this, I would probably add a "Formatted Text Field" with the Terms and Conditions block of text with a Required "Check Box" or "Single Choice" field (with Yes/no) below the terms that says that when they check the box (or say Yes) they are agreeing to the T&C.  You can use that check box or single choice field in page logic (which you do by selecting a page break), so that if they check the box or check "Yes" they continue to Page 2 which has the rest of the form to fill out, if they check no or don't check the box it does not continue (the first page would turn into the submit page).  This would all be in the form, no pop out window, but accomplishes what you need I think.

Let me know if you have any questions about this.
