Sorry I dont' quite understand. Can you provide me more details?
Did you purchase FormsCentral and now its not letting you create more forms?
This FAQ may help if that is the case: http://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-3203
Good Morning Randy,
This is follow up to my somewhat crazed afternoon on Tuesday when I had too many irons in the fire.
First, thank you for following through with my distress call!
My initial problem – why forms central wasn’t working for me – was resolved when I realized that my preview month had expired (prematurely, seems to me). So I paid a year’s membership, waited an hour or so, and found that forms central was back up and working.
Then I discovered this issue, which I’m unable to resolve.
The graphic you see below is a screenshoot from an embedded survey, which we conducted Tuesday evening and Wednesday. Try as I might, I could not get the text to work property in Windows Explorer. The survey text also came out bold and shadowed.
I work in HTML frequently, and I’m certain that this font problem derives from the script that we embed from Fonts Central.
Whatever assistance you can offer to correct this font problem would be very appreciated – we are in the midst of a busy survey season.
First the script that I embedded:
var f4r7uCx_2a4ut5v582ofpk7qA = new ADOBEFORMS.EmbedForm();
Here’s the resulting Explorer view (other browsers are fine):
This is a known issue and happens in IE 8/9 for embedded forms.
We'll be deploying a fix early next week and it should be fixed by Tuesday.
Good to hear, thank you.
BTW, can you tell me to whom I would speak about possibly transitioning from Adobe Cloud to Adobe Team?
