      I have just installed Adobe Premiere Elements 10software and it says that the account has successfully been identified and asks me to please complete the information on the page.  I have entered it several times and at first it was bringing up an error message, but now it won't even take the information.  How do I resolve this - it is not letting me complete the sign in process.  How do I correct this?
