There are no extra fees that I'm aware of. Even Adobe Revel, the site for sharing your photos and videos online, is now free.
Did you look on the AppStore?
They only said that for Premiere Elements 11 but not for Elements 11 Editor.
So why would Adobe warn us it it's not possible.
Neither app is free on the AppStore.

I'd like someone from Adobe to answer as I could buy it - get extra charges and do what?
Tell Adobe that you weren't aware of extra charges.
Please check out the two apps on the AppStore....

You might need to contact Adobe on that. Is there a Chat Live on the App Store Web site?
Unfortunately, we see very little Adobe presence in this forum, especially after a version has been out for a few months. All you get are users here, most of the time, and I am not sure how many have even thought of getting PrE as an app.. Actually, until about a month ago, I did not even know that PrE was available there.
Wish that I had more to offer, but unfortunately, I know nothing helpful.

It's new that Adobe has special versions on the AppStore.
I bought Elements 11 Editor from Adobe but I thought it would be simpler to buy Premiere Elements 11 on the AppStore except for the possible extra charges.
The AppStore versions don't have the Elements Organizer which is fine with me as I don't use it.
I'll try and contact Adobe to get the info.
When you get info from Adobe, please update this thread, as others will likely have similar questions.
There are no additional charges. once you pay the amount mentioned in the App Store page, we will not charge anything additional. The section under which this is mentioned is "Online Services". What is meant here is not what Adobe will charge you but what charges you may incur if you go for a premium subscription in an online sharing site, like youtube.com.
