Do you see other upgrade messaging? Like the Upgrade tab in a Form File, or the upgrade message at the bottom of my forms.
Did you just buy it? Did it work before?
I have had the software for over a year now and have just renewed it for another year.
Sometimes I can download them as pdf’s and sometimes I can’t.
There is no other upgrade messaging.
If another person who has a free account has shared a form with you then that form will not be “upgraded” with your paid account. Features of a form file are determined by the author’s account level – only the forms you create will have the paid features enabled. In this case, the other person would need to upgrade their account.
Did you author the form that is showing the upgrade? If so, can you provide the URL to the form file having the issue so we can take a look.
