Why don't you just record your audio in Premiere?
Your problem is almost certainly a result of your
roundabout method of getting the audio into Premiere.
I know nothing about garageband.
What file format does it record?
Can you import the file from garageband to Premiere?
Why did you get itunes involved?
Then why is it showing me the correct audio in my preview and source windows? This is my first big project in Premiere and I was more familiar with recording in Garageband. How do I fix it? And I can't re-record the audio for it would mean re-recording the video too so that it matches the mouth movem
EDIT: Now it's happening with the audio that my camera recorded so this is not a garageband or itunes problem.
I can't import garageband files because they have to be finalized through itunes. And the audio from itunes can either be AAC or mp3.
Sounds like a frames per second issue. If it was recorded at 30 frames per second and played back at 24 frames per second, it is going to sound lower.
