When I try to download an ebook to ADE I get this message:  Error getting license.  License communication problem:  E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12

ADE may have your authorizations confused.

Try entering ctrl-shift-D (cmd-shift-D on Mac) to ADE, restarting, and then reauthorizing with your AdobeID.

Then try again to download the book.
