    Re-authorization for ADE and Overdrive

      I am having trouble authorizing ADE on my desktop and Overdrive App on my Ipad using my Adobe ID. I am able to log in to https://www.adobe.com/account.html but when I enter my ID, the following error message pops up: "This computer is not authorized to open [book title] because this item is authorized to a Vendor ID."

       

      I have tried uninstalling and installing ADE/Overdrive and creating a new Adobe ID, but the same error messages keep appearing.
