when I try to run downloaded Install flash player I get a message from the Host "Certificate Authentication Failed" and the program does not run. My current Flash player ver is 11.1.102.63 for Win xp 32, the downloaded new ver is 11.7.700.196. MY PC does not wan to run videos on the existing version

Can anyone assist?
