Could you please post screenshots to illustrate the issue?
Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?
Only 1 or 2 colros will show at times the rest black out
In 16bit and in 8bit?
Have you tried running Photoshop without OpenGL yet?
Turned off graphics processor and it shows the true color I meant it to have.... but the lines are jagged and not sharp.

Then it seems likely that your GPU driver is out of date and you might profit from updating it.
I dont have a clue on how to do that. I ahve a radeon AMD HD 7700
I also dont see how thats possible my Graphics card is up to date.... seems like an Adobe bug. This barely happened last night. Before that ive always been able to do this. My photoshop is also up to date... im on the Creative cloud everything is fine.

You should not throw the term »bug« around like that.
These black colors have come up again and again and, as far as I can remember, the issue usually is the GPU driver.
Just because Photoshop is the only application that reveals an issue does not mean that it is Adobe’s problem, the OS, the drivers, even fonts can have issues of their own.
How have you verified that the GPU driver is up to date?
From the maker’s website or Microsoft’s?
i checked with radeon ..the driver is fine.. other than that i dont know how to tamper with all of that stuff.
I’m a Mac user so these issues usually don’t affect me (but no, this does not mean that I consider it a »superior« OS), maybe you should ask for help over at the general Forum.
If you do, please state the exact version of your driver.
I just found that everything works perfectly on 32 bit in phtoshop
I ahve a radeon AMD HD 7700
Make sure you have downloaded and installed the Catalyst 13.4 or 13.5 Beta driver from AMD.
