    Trouble viewing video online even though latest version of Flash Player installed. Help Please?


      I have been having trouble viewing a video online, I keep getting a system status message "We're sorry, You need to update your flash player"  I have done so, I have closed and reopend internet explorer, I've even  shutdown and restarted my computer and I have followed the offline installation instructions using the explorer tools to manage add-ons and enabled anything that was adobe related and I'm still getting the same message on the website.  Please help.
