I'm using a SWF file for the backgroundImage on a canvas.
Currently, I'm also using backgroundSize="100%" to keep the SWF
sized to the full box size. However, I need to be able to detect
the box size from within the loaded SWF file, and then make content
adjustments (in the loaded swf) based on this. Thus, I don't really
want Flex to scale the SWF at all - rather, just tell it how big to
be. How can this be accomplished?
You have a bit of a delima here. You cannot directly
communicate with a loaded SWF from Flex 2. You have to go through
