none of thee worked. it continues to say GUESS I'll have to BUY it again!!!
Well, you could do that, or you could explain a little more about what's going on, like your operating system and version of PSE. for starters. FWIW, buying it again probably won't fix this.
When it first started, I tried the easy fixes. Finally since none of them worked, I deleted the software and reinstalled. That didn't work either.
Gave up for a while. Came back tired all of the fixes going into the library, installed license recovery, that didn't work. it would even open.
Tried all of the steps 1, 2, 3 and even 4 and nothing worked.
THEN I SEE A BIG CAUTION ! DON'T DELETE UNLESS REALLY NECESSARY ! It didn't say that several months ago!
sooooooo, I don't see why I have to pull out my hair to get a program to work. Adobe needs to be more support oriented.
I should be avle to get to them not just a forum!
