I cannot get the pop ups to stop

I got to the area that says to click never and the third party will not ask to use anymore room for storage put that scale or picture or whatever it is never pops up and whatever I try to use thats flash this pop up comes up every few minutes and I can't use it, its driving me nuts and this just started.
