Dxtory? If so, go to the main Premiere Pro forum page and type dxtory into the search box. A lot of people are having trouble with that codec.

If it is VFR, Premiere no-likey.

for programs that can evaluate the specifics of a media file.
For example, here is a screenshot from Mediainfo
displaying the attributes of video from a mobile phone:
As you can see, the video frame rate is 'variable'.
Premiere has difficulty maintaining A/V sync with 'VFR' media.

Basically don't use variable frame rate video.

there are some suggested workarounds.
